Welcome to Belton Gun Club!

4 Rules of Gun Safety

  1. Treat all guns as if they are loaded.
  2. Never point a firearm at anything you are not willing to kill or destroy.
  3. Keep your finger off the trigger until you are ready to shoot.
  4. Be aware of your target and what is beyond.

Interested in learning firearm safety and the fundamentals of marksmanship in a supportive, woman-friendly environment?

Women On TargetĀ® is the perfect place to start.

These instructional clinics are available only to women, to provide a safe and friendly venue to learn these critical skills from—and with—women who have walked in your shoes. Whether you’re picking up a gun for the very first time or just brushing the dust off your skills, you’ll immediately feel at ease in the half- or full-day clinics. No experience or equipment is necessary to participate in Women On Target…so let’s get started!

Belton Gun Club is hosting its first Women on Target instructional clinic. Come join the fun. The instructor is Jackie Emslie. The cost is only $35.00 for a full day of instruction for handguns and rifles. All guns and ammo will be provided. She is using .22 hanguns and rifles so easy on the hands and body. All you need to bring is eye and hearing protection, your lunch (limited refrigeration available), and a camping chair for outside by the range.
